These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from Soar Brick. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

Soar Brick sells digital building instructions (PDF) and a compatible bill of materials for original LEGO®-style architectural models. You are buying the instruction files only. No physical bricks or products are included or shipped. You source the bricks yourself.

Licence

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the instructions for your own personal building. You may not:

resell, share, sub-license, or redistribute the PDF or bill of materials;
upload the files to any public or file-sharing service;
use the instructions or their content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the designs, instructions, and renders.

Disclaimer

Instructions are provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that a build is error-free or that all parts remain available from third-party sellers.
