Refund policy

Because our products are digital instructions delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available to you. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you receive immediate access and waive any statutory cooling-off / withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to digital content.

When we do offer a refund or replacement

The file is corrupt, incomplete, or won't open, and we can't fix it.
You were charged more than once for the same order.
You bought the wrong item and have not yet downloaded it.

How to request

Email contact@soarbrick.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.
